FT Manager (OPEN)

Join our team! We are seeking an Store Manager to oversee our Brookline/Wellesley operations. We are looking for a positive person who is ready to help lead a team of great salespeople in a great work environment.  Help create a warm, welcoming, customer service environment. The Store Manager will help:

• Oversee all day to day operations
• Merchandising
• Assist with buying and manage re-orders
• Ensure shop in in tip top shape
• Assist customers and work with VIP customers
• Know what is needed for reorders
• Know what is selling and what is not

The ideal candidate will

• have 1+ years of Specialty or DIY retail experience.
• ability have the to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• have experience in creating a fun and creative store environment where customer service comes first.
• visual merchandising display skills.
• proven organizational skills; attention to detail and ability to multi-task.
• strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• college degree preferred but not required
• benefits  available
• can lift 30 lbs and go downstairs
• must be able to go to Wellesley store on a regular basis.

Sales Associates/Key holder (Wellesley & Brookline) OPEN

Love fashion? We do too!  We are looking for a friendly sales associate who is able to work in either of our stores 20-40 hours a week.  

In addition to sales, this is a great opportunity for someone to use their creativity & experience to create windows displays, floor displays & assist with buying if interested. Flexible schedule.  Easy parking in Wellesley and accessible by T in Brookline's Coolidge Corner.

Ideal candidate will:

-have some sales experience
-have excellent customer service skills 
-be able to lift boxes up to 30 lbs
-be flexible, fun and energetic
-this is not a seasonal position
-ability to travel to both locations by car is preferred but not required

-working some evenings ,weekends & holidays is REQUIRED

$13+ depending upon experience
